4 Ingredient Bagel Recipe

I’ve jumped on the bread trend but took the much simpler route. Saw this recipe on TikTok and it did not disappoint. It was so quick, easy and the best part – low calorie.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Egg
  • Everything But The Bagel seasoning

Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 350º F.

Combine 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of Greek yogurt. Mix with wooden spoon, or hands, until it becomes a well-blended paste. Make small balls from the paste, roll them out and mold into bagel shape. In a separate bowl, crack egg and whisk. With a brush, apply egg wash on each bagel and top off with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.

Put in over for 20 minutes and then broil (or toss in air fryer if you have) for 5 minutes.

Cut, spread some cream cheese and enjoy!
